Before psychotherapy or counselling commences

If you wish to start therapy online or by phone, please send an email giving your contact details and a brief description of your concerns. This will be an opportunity for you to express your situation to me. I will email you back, as soon as possible, explaining how I can work with you. Once we have established a convenient time for the online therapy session, you will be sent an email confirming payment details. Payment is required in advance of each online session. You can also pay for a group of sessions.

If you can have your therapy face-to-face, please give me a call or send me an email and we can arrange a convenient time to suit both of us.

If you know how you would like to receive the therapy or you would like to book additional sessions you can pay online now.

Online therapy options

Online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime

It allows you to be in the comfort of your own home while developing a secure therapeutic relationship with me. Online therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy.
Please make sure you log in 5 minutes prior to you session in order to avoid any delay.

Telephone

Sessions can be conducted on landlines or mobile phones in case you don’t have a reliable Wi-Fi signal. A calm, quiet and private place is recommended in order to maintain confidentiality. You hear my voice and this can be very calming in times of distress.

Confidentiality

Both the fact and content of our sessions is confidential and will not be released to a third party without written consent from you. Please see FAQs for more information.
