If you wish to start therapy online please send an email giving your contact details and a brief description of your concerns. This will be an opportunity for you to express your situation to me. I will email you back, as soon as possible, explaining how I can work with you. Once we have established a convenient time for the online therapy session, you will be sent an email confirming payment details. Payment is required in advance of each online session. You can also pay for a group of sessions.
If you can have your therapy face-to-face, please give me a call or send me an email and we can arrange a convenient time to suit both of us.

Email allows you to put your feelings and thoughts into words, which can be very therapeutic.
My response to you will be carefully considered. There will be no pressure on you to respond to any question or suggestion as there is in a face-to-face therapy.
You will have a written record of my response that you can re-read and carefully consider at your own convenience.
It allows you to express verbally rather than through words. You hear my voice and this can be very calming in times of distress.
Please make sure you log in 5 minutes prior to you session in order to avoid any delay.
Sessions can be conducted on landlines or mobile phones in case you don’t have a reliable Wi-Fi signal. A calm, quiet and private place is recommended in order to maintain confidentiality.
